How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–14 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 7–19 business days from the date of purchase. Large or freight items may require additional time and a scheduled delivery appointment.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free shipping on most orders within the United States. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What carriers do you use?
Depending on the item, orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a freight/LTL carrier for oversized or heavy pieces. Standard freight deliveries are curbside unless a white glove upgrade is selected.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. For freight shipments, tracking details may be provided after your delivery appointment is scheduled.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, take clear photos of the item and packaging, and contact us at support@ivoryoakinteriors.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

What is white glove delivery?
White glove delivery is a premium service where our delivery team brings your furniture inside your home, places it in the room of your choice, and removes all packaging materials. It's the easiest, most stress-free way to receive large furniture and mattresses.
How much does white glove delivery cost?
White glove delivery is available for $500. This option can be selected at checkout or by contacting us before your order ships.
Is white glove delivery available everywhere?
White glove delivery is available in most areas of the contiguous United States. Please contact us to confirm availability for your location before ordering.
🔧 Assembly
Does my furniture require assembly?
Assembly requirements vary by product and are noted on each product page. Many of our pieces arrive fully assembled or require only minimal setup.
Is assembly included with white glove delivery?
Yes — white glove delivery includes placement in your room of choice and removal of all packaging. If your item requires assembly, please contact us when booking white glove service so we can confirm what's included for your specific piece.

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@ivoryoakinteriors.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before being sent back — unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and must ship the item within 7 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the cost.
Is there a restocking fee?
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to change-of-mind returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll be notified by email once your refund is approved.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — custom or made-to-order products and gift cards are non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?

How do I care for my mattress?
